Come work
with a family,
not a conglomerate.
We're a 250-person, family-run produce house in Spokane — and we're hiring. Not because we have headcount targets, but because we've got more work than hands. Good work, honest work, and (mostly) daytime work.
We're small enough to know you.
Independent. Family-owned. Spokane-rooted since the 1940s.
Spokane Produce isn't a faceless distributor. It's a family business where decisions get made in Spokane — not in a corporate boardroom — and where the sales team has actually run produce departments.
If you want to be a cog in a machine, there are bigger places. If you want your work to matter, and the people around you to know your name — that's where we're trying to build.
Six reasons
people stay.
Family-owned. Spokane-rooted. Built to keep people.
Family-owned.
Still independent since the 1940s. Decisions get made in Spokane, not in a corporate boardroom.
Daytime work.
Early mornings, but home for dinner. Most roles wrap before 4pm. No graveyard shifts.
Real growth.
Many of our managers started on the dock. We promote from within — because we know who works.
Full benefits.
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off. The boring stuff, done right.
Spokane roots.
One building, one city, one phone number. We're not relocating, and neither are you.
People stay.
Long tenure is the norm here, not the exception — that's what a good place to work actually looks like.
